Our returns policy lasts 14 days, we only offer exchange of items due to being a small independent company. So please contact heavy duty gymwear via email or instagram to confirm sizing before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you require a return or exchange please contact us via email or instagram, with your order number and proof of condition of clothing. We can then provide you with returns address.
All sale items sold are final. They can not be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
We are more than happy to resend a larger or smaller size clothing once original order item has been returned to ourselves, replacement items will be sent out if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email photo/video proof.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cover all costs of an exchanged item by to you.
For all exchanged items please allow 5-7 working days for new item to be delivered.
Please consider the use of tracked shipping, when returning an item, we are not responsible for any items returned until we have recieved them.
