What is the return policy?
We are happy to either exchange or refund your order within 28 days of your initial order date. We need to have received the item back to us within 28 days. The product needs to be in brand new condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please contact us via email or direct message on Instagram.
We will ask for proof that the product is in new condition before providing you with the returns address.
As a small business, we ask that you cover the cost of returns shipping back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping to you for any exchanged item.
Are any purchases final sale?
All items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The only exception is if there is a fault with the clothing. In this case, we're happy to offer either an exchange or store credit towards a future purchase.
When will I get my order?
We aim to post your parcel within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Delivery times can vary due to factors outside our control, including bank holidays, weekends, and high parcel volumes. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting First Class delivery and getting in touch via email or message. We'll do our best to prioritise your shipment.
What happens if the parcel arrives damaged, or is delayed?
Please use the tracking number provided to first track your item and contact the courier with any questions, queries, or to report damage.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot control delays or transit issues. However, do get in touch with us—we're will do our best to help however we can.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We aim to keep our prices as low as we can, which proves difficult for our international shipping.
How do I care for my clothing?
We've tested all our clothing ourselves and found this method keeps clothing in excellent condition. Our pieces are built to last (if looked after properly).
We recommend washing all clothing on a low temperature of 30-40 degrees. Avoid tumble drying as this can cause shrinkage.
